Scott McGregor is the founding Director of MM-EC and geo-environmental engineer with over seventeen years of experience within the UK environmental engineering consultancy having fulfilled both technical and management roles.
Scott has a strong background in providing practical and economic solutions across the disciplines of ground investigation, environmental monitoring, ground remediation and gas protection design.
Prior to establishing MM-EC, Scott managed the Scottish Operations of Resource & Environmental Consultants and prior to that fulfilled the role of environmental manager within the Geotechnical & Environmental Services Division of URS Corporation Ltd (formely Thorburn Colquhoun) providing geo-environmental support across Scotland and the north of England. Specialising in ground investigation, responsibilities have included providing technical assessments and development orientated solutions for a range of built developments including residential, commercial, and road infrastructure projects throughout the UK.

David Moore is a Director and geo-environmental engineer with MM-EC and with over fourteen years of experience within the UK environmental engineering consultancy.
David has an extensive experience of providing technical input and support for numerous geo-environmental investigations for proposed housing and commercial developments throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK.
Prior to the establishment of MM-EC, David was a senior consultant with Resource & Environmental Consultants where he progressed to a regional management role where he provided specialist advice, site and project supervision and technical review with respect to geo-environmental and contaminated land investigations and contaminated land remediation projects.

Steven Curran is a Director and engineering geologist with over eighteen years of experience in the management, supervision and reporting of a variety of geotechnical and environmental projects throughout the UK.
Steven has a strong background in site supervision and inspections relating to a broad range of situations including earthworks, soil and rock slopes and ground improvement contracts and has provided resident geologist services on a number of major projects.
Prior to joining MM-EC, Steven spent over nine years with Terrenus Consulting and Terrenus CDH Ltd and over eight years working within the Geotechnical and Environmental Services Division of URS Corporation Ltd (formerly Thorburn Colquhoun). His responsibilities ranged from business and personnel development through to project management and the design, implementation and supervision of site investigations including analysis and reporting of the findings.
